Fees
ANNUAL COST
Registration Fee - All Sections $80.00 (non-refundable once only payment)
Term Fees - Tinies $95.00 (x 3 terms, 4th term free)
– Other Sections $135.00 (x 3 terms, 4th term free)
Costume Account – $10 – $15 hire fee per leotard, plus the cost of fancy item costume
Club Jacket Hire - $15
Annual Camp - $60
REGISTRATION FEE
Each year we have to register every girl in our Club with the Calisthenics Association of South Australia (CASA). Our registration fee covers the cost of insurance, team entries into the CASA Competitions and a compulsory building levy per member for the Royalty Theatre. It also includes extra practices, Royalty Theatre practices and concerts. The Registration Fee is due within two weeks of starting classes.
TERM FEES
Each term a fee will also apply. The fees incorporate and cover the cost of teacher wages and hall hire. Fees can either be paid in full or on a weekly basis, by cash or B-Pay.
COSTUMES AND COSTUME FUND
Windsor is a competitive club. Therefore costumes form an essential part of the presentation of each item. The Costume Account covers the cost of costumes and leotards, some in which you will keep and others will be hired from the Club. Costumes are used for Competitions, the Mid Year Rehearsal Concert and again for the End of Year Concert.
Girls in all sections (excluding Tinies) require clubs and a rod. Clubs and rods cost approximately $25 and $3 respectively.
Payments to the costume fund may be made either by B-Pay or by cash on a weekly or other regular basis. All students must have at least $30 in their costume fund by the end of March each year and $60 by the end of May. Purchase of material for the competitions and concerts cannot take place unless sufficient funds are held in the Costume Fund. Material is not handed out if the costume fund money has not been paid in.
CLUB UNIFORM
Club Jackets which need to be worn at Competitions are hired from the Club and cost $15 for the year. Girls will need to have black pants to wear with their Club Jacket. Club T-shirts and Hooded Jumpers are also available for purchase. These are optional.
